Directorate of Planning and Monitoring (DoPM) is a wing at IAAS Dean’s office under the leadership of dean and assistant deans to prepare development plans and identifying required resources for institutes, faculties, programs, and campuses. In recent years, its role is extended to manage data, oversees quality assurance and coordinate resource allocation.

This directorate is responsible for preparing short and long term plans, strategic plans, developing annual reports, monitor and evaluates their implementation. The directorate is also a central unit responsible for overseeing, assessing, and improving the quality, effectiveness, and compliance of the institution's operations, academic programs, and resource use. It uses data-driven insights to inform policy decisions and ensure the institution meets its strategic goals.
