Successfully Concluded two Faculty Development Trainings on “Machine Learning and Advanced Pedagogy” 
The first and second cohorts of The Faculty Development Training on “Machine Learning and Advanced Pedagogy” were successfully conducted at Ratnagiri Hotel, Nagarkot. The first cohort was held from Nov. 25 to Dec. 1, 2025 for 30 faculty members, while the second cohort was conducted from Mar. 13 to 19, 2026, for 26 faculty members. The training was organized by the IAAS with support from the University Grants Commission, Nepal. Institute ensured the opportunity for every full-time faculty of constituent campus to attain this week-long training. 
The first and second training cohorts were inaugurated by the Rector and Registrar of TU and the closing was made by the Vice-Chancellor of TU. Both cohorts’ formal sessions were chaired by the institute dean Prof. Dr. Kishor Dahal and ensured the institute commitments toward strengthen faculty expertise in advanced teaching methodologies, GIS, and machine learning applications. The Asst. Dean Dr Pushpa Poudel served as a coordinator for the trainings while Dr Shambhu Shah, Dr Rekha Sapkota and Achyut Gaire facilitated the training programs.
